Federal officials say a company didn't comply with all standards for working in confined spaces and that contributed to the deaths of two workers who died at a Reedsburg construction site.
44-year-old Todd Labansky and 56-year-old Duane Nobs died after being found unconscious in a manhole June 17th. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration reported the company they worked for, B&L Excavating, had not complied with all standards necessary for the work they were doing.
