A former employee of a state center for the developmentally disabled is sentenced to seven years in prison for sexually assaulting a resident who then had a miscarriage in 2003.
Thubten Dargyel also was ordered to serve ten years of extended supervision after his release from prison.
He pleaded guilty to first-degree sexual assault in March.
