ACT Scores Slip in Wisconsin

After ten years on the top, Wisconsin's high school seniors drop to second in the nation for scores on the A–C–T exam.

Students had a composite score of 22.2 out of a possible 36, the same as the last five years.

But this time, the state was just one–tenth of a point behind Minnesota.

The national average is 20–point–nine.
