With the help of surveillance video, a Stoughton man is in police custody for a burglary in Westport.
Authorities say Dale Holtan robbed the Westport Town Hall on June 30th.
These surveillance pictures helped police catch Holtan. He has been charged with burglary and additional charges are pending with other police agencies.
