Thick, black smoke is hanging over Watertown.
The smoke from a fire at a nearby tire recycling plant can be seen for miles.
County emergency managers are urging people in the Watertown
area to stay inside, close their windows and shut off outside
ventilation to avoid prolonged exposure to the smoke.
They say the fire could burn for days.
7-8 fire departments are on the scene.
