A Madison man accused of stealing a car, getting into a high speed chase and running over the foot of a state trooper will stand trial.
Kevin Stenjem, 43-years-old, waived his preliminary hearing in Dane County Circuit Court Tuesday afternoon. He's charged with seven different felonies stemming from a chase and shootout a couple weeks ago.
Police say Stenjem hit speeds of 100 miles per hour during the chase. He was finally shot and wounded after he allegedly tried to run over some officers.
