A lightening strike on Madison's south side knocks out power to traffic lights leaving motorists without direction.
A house at 2305 Fish Hatchery Road was struck some time after ten o'clock on Wednesday morning, shutting down traffic signals at Fish Hatchery and Badger roads, and Park and Badger roads for about an hour.
Madison Police Department's south district office also lost power for an hour.
