A UW Madison professor pleads not guilty to a disorderly conduct charge after threatening to blow up his insurance office.
Stanley Kutler's attorney entered the plea on his behalf today. The 70-year-old retired professor says he was just frustrated with his insurer, Dean Health Plan, because they hadn't paid a claim. However, he says Dean eventually paid it.
Kutler happens to be an authority on the Watergate scandal and has written several books on Richard Nixon.
His next court date is set for the end of August.
