An Illinois boy charged with setting a 13-year-old Janesville girl on fire is found not competent to stand trial.
A Rock County judge ordered the boy to remain at a juvenile detention center until the next phase of the proceedings in August. The 13-year-old girl told police the boy spilled rubbing alcohol on her at a Janesville home and then set her on fire.
She suffered second and third degree burns.
