Potential property owners are learning ways to simplify their lives at the tenth annual "Parade of Condominiums."

The Madison Area Builders Association is hosting 29 open houses throughout the area. All home sites are close to grocery stores and shopping centers.

The Middleton building site called "Gaard Parc" boasts a library, theatre room and fitness facility.

Some realtors say owning a condo can mean less stress than owning a home. Connie James, a realtor with Coldwell Banker, says, "People want to simplify your lives, and it helps you do that, it helps get rid of some of the stresses like taking care of a house, the maintenance the exterior maintenance."

The "Parade of Condos" will last until August seventh. Tickets are eight dollars and can be purchased at any Dane County Anchor Bank or at one of the parade sites. For more information you can visit www.maba.org.
