In Dane County court Wednesday, the man who police say bit off the ears of a 16–year-old girl.
A not–guilty plea by reason of mental illness was entered on behalf of 18–year-old Keane Singleton of Madison.
On August 15th, authorities say Singleton hit and choked the girl, and held her against her will before biting off portions of both her ears.
He faces five felony charges.
