Authorities say all of the suspects they believe were involved in a drive-by shooting earlier this month are in custody.
The Dane County Sheriff's Department says Mark Mey and Andrew Pirsch are in jail, and will be charged with three counts of attempted first degree intentional homicide. Both 16-year-olds will be charged as adults.
17-year-old Dela San is in custody in Rhode Island under a Dane County warrant.
And 21-year old Kari Tha was arrested yesterday. She is being charged with party to a crime.
Three people were injured in the August 9th shooting in Oregon. It remains under investigation.
