Madison residents are showing interest in a program designed to get guns off the streets.
The gun buy-back program, run by Madison police, gives owners a $50 dollar gift certificate to the mall in exchange for their gun. Police tell NBC 15 they've received more than 100 phone calls since last Monday, and residents have until midnight Friday to call the department.
Gun collection begins next week.
