One person is dead after a one car crash in Verona Tuesday morning.

A car driven by 50-year-old Craig Schaub, of Appleton, crashed just after 5:30 a.m. Thursday. Schaub was driving south on North Main Street when his car hit a power poll, crossed two lanes of oncoming traffic and ended up in a ditch.

The Dane County Coroner's office says Schaub didn't die from the crash, but from natural causes due to what the coroner is calling an acute medical condition before the crash.
