2 arrested in Sauk Co. drug investigation

Sauk Co. deputies arrested two people recently in a drug investigation.

Sauk Co. deputies arrested two people recently in a drug investigation.

The arrests were made during a traffic stop December 20th on Highway 12 near North Reedsburg Road in Delton Township.

The stop was made as part of a Sauk Co. Drug Task Force investigation into heroin and other drug trafficking from the Madison area to the Reedsburg area.

Deputies found heroin, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and money in the vehicle.

A search warrant was then executed at a Reedsburg residence.

Deputies arrested 30-year-old Dustin Adell and 26-year-old Brittney Kulas, both of Reedsburg.

Adell was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession with intent to deliver THC, maintaining a drug dwelling, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating after revocation.

Kulas was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession with intent to deliver THC, maintaining a drug dwelling and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The investigation continues. Deputies ask anyone who may have information on this drug investigation to call Sauk County Crime Stoppers at 1-888-TIP-SAUK (1-888-847-7285).
