The Dane County Coroner has released the names of three people killed in a head-on rollover motor vehicle crash on USH 151 near Mt. Horeb yesterday afternoon.

They are identified as:

Driver
JANET INDERMUEHLE
Age 48

Her son
DANIEL J. HALL
Age 15

Passenger
TIFFANY MARIE KASTNER
Age 14

All three victims are from Potosi, Wisconsin

None of the three were wearing safety restraints, and two were ejected from the overturned vehicle. All three were pronounced dead at the scene. Alcohol was not a contributing factor in the crash.

The Dane County Coroner confirms three people were killed in a crash near Mount Horeb.

At this point, Highway 151 eastbound remains closed at Highway PD just east of Mount Horeb and only one lane westbound is open to traffic.

The crash happened just after 4:00pm this afternoon. Initial reports suggest a vehicle heading west on Highway 151 crossed the median and veered into oncoming traffic.

The coroner confirms that multiple people were ejected from their vehicles. A fourth person was transported to UW Hospital.

Drivers are being told to stay away from this area since there is no word on when the lanes will reopen.
