CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (AP) -- A Wisconsin man has been charged with traveling to Iowa to have sex with a teenage girl.

The U.S. attorney's office says 38-year-old Todd Orth, of Madison, Wisconsin, has been charged with one count of interstate travel with intent to commit criminal sexual abuse with a minor. He was named in an indictment that was unsealed in U.S. District Court in Cedar Rapids on Monday.

The indictment claims that Orth traveled from Wisconsin to Mitchell County, Iowa, on June 25 to have sex with a girl under the age of 16. He is being held without bond.

Trial is set for Oct. 6.

It is a fact that sexual predators can not be reformed. I guess with drugs they turn them into zombies and release them to society after 20 years. But if they don't take their drugs, they turn back into Frankenstein!

You would think after all the "to catch a predator" shows and such that these pervs would get a clue about the internet! Oh well, another one off the street- and since he's really too stupid to catch on that the cops have caught on to this whole perv by pc thing they all have going on, all the little pervies should just be shot in the head, since there's obviously not enough gray matter between the ears to implant rehabilitation training and such!
