Madison: The waiting room at your local clinic is probably full of patients dealing with spring allergies.

Dr. Neal Jain is an allergist at Dean Clinic. He says the tree pollen counts have increased significantly in the past two weeks.

Dr. Jain says it usually picks up around tax time each year-April 15th.

Most people with allergies suffer from itchy eyes, runny nose and a sore throat, but Dr. Jain says severe symptoms include fatigue.

Experts say if you suffer from allergies you can get shots, medication or simply stay indoors and run the air conditioning.
