Official Press Release from the Governor's Office:

MADISON — Governor Jim Doyle today announced that he will address delegates at the Democratic National Convention on Tuesday evening, August 26, in Denver. Governor Doyle will discuss ways to help grow the country’s economy and create jobs.

“While the national economy falters, we have worked very hard here in Wisconsin to keep moving forward and to create jobs,” Governor Doyle said. “Our basic promise in this country has to be that we can go as far as our hard work and talent will take us. I am honored to address such an important issue before a national audience and help chart a new course for America.”

Governor Doyle will attend the Democratic National Convention from Monday, August 25, through Friday, August 29. He will join 92 delegates and 12 alternates from across the state participating in the Convention.

Tuesday night’s Convention theme is Renewing America’s Promise. On the Convention website, the Renewing America’s Promise program summary says:

“Millions of Americans are struggling to get by. The failed policies of the last eight years have betrayed the country’s values and left an economy out of balance. Barack Obama believes a strong economy is unattainable with a weak middle class. Tuesday’s Convention program will feature the voices of Americans who share Barack’s concerns and strongly support his detailed economic plan to grow the economy, create jobs, restore fairness, and expand opportunity.”

Oh Hooray! as if the nation hasn't had enough of one big mouth loser representing Wisconsin all over the media in his cry baby filth smearing fecal spouting campaign to hog a spotlight, now we have another prime example of what makes Wisconsin the loser capital of the nation- our esteemed governor who had a drunk driving attorney general on his staff! can we sink any lower, say, perhaps to get someone from the brewers to get caught having same sex intercourse at a restroom in the capitol building in Madison? one step closer to going face down in the crap pile this state's reputation has become across the nation!
