According to the DeForest Police Department:

On September 29, 2008 at 2:15 a.m. DeForest police stopped a vehicle on STH 19 at USH 51 for speeding. The driver was found to be under the influence of intoxicants and operating on a revoked driver's license. Colin M. Johnson, 33, of DeForest, was arrested and charged with Operating While Intoxicated - 6th offense, Operating after Revocation - 2nd offense, and speeding.

Johnson was taken for a blood test with results pending and then booked into the Dane County Jail for felony drunk driving.
