Incident Report from Madison Police Department

Around 11:26 Saturday night, at 3019 East Washington Ave., the victim and suspect were arguing when the victim was stabbed in the back with a knife.

The victim knows the suspect who is a 26 year old female.

The suspect fled and has not been located.

The victim is being treated at a local hospital for a non-life threatening injury.

Concerned citizen, you still just don't get it, do you. no afro males would have been thought poorly of, since this was a woman! second of all, check the other stories on the station site- there are at least five more stories, both before, and after, that list the race! where the hell did you get your information about the lawsuit? let's have a web address of a reputable site (like NY times, or LA Journal) and a date that said this lawsuit said they couldn't list the race of the suspect, especially one not yet caught, which would make it pretty darn difficult to have the public help in capturing the person... unless you're claiming that white people can now go kill black people because race won't be mentioned, so everyone will think it was a black man who did it! moron! I think your spaceship is getting a ticket for being parked in front of a hydrant!

To the idiot that has a problem with my pervious post. I am only making a point about race being omitted from the article. The news media is/was under law threat from groups such as the ACLU and NAACP, just to name a couple, because they revealed the race of the suspect. Sadly for the Afro American community, in overwhelming majority the suspect is a black male. These afro sensitive groups were afraid the general public would get the impression that afro males are a violent group of people. Truth of the matter is that nearly 40 percent of black males are involved in the criminal justice system in their lifetime. I was only making a point, but I admire your ability to decipher the gender of this particular criminal dimwit in this particular article.

concerned citizen, what the hell are you babbling about? the suspect was female, so why go on your rant about naacp and aclu and black male criminals and public opinion? Dude! (or woman type dude!) get a new checking account, and get some reality starter checks! the attacker was a 26 year old female, according to the victim, and the story!

The media has been forced and blackmailed by groups such as the ACLU and NAACP NOT to reveal the race of the suspect. It gives the appearance that the vast majority of crimes are committed by black males. Also, they don't want the general public to get the impression that most black males are trouble makers, when in fact, only 40 percent of them are involved in the criminal justice system at some point in there life.
