The comparison to Audrey is that the kid said something terrible happened to her, and a full manhunt using all available resources occurred with nothing and no one being located.

Anyone comparing it to Audrey, has no idea what size Stitzer is. If you blink you will miss it. By the way, this does not always happen here in Grant county. Most people know their neighbors here, and when something like this occurs it is not normal. It is big for the county to have involved as many people as they did and also for it to have involved the thermal cameras. Grant county consists of a lot of hills with forests. The area he ran off from does have hills and forests.

Of course the Audrey comparison falls apart if people did actually see this guy. But did they? Or did they see a guy and just assume he was the bad guy? How many acres does this family own anyway?
