Crews are battling an apartment fire in Cottage Grove.
The call came in a little after 4:00 this morning for a building at 108 West Windsor Avenue.
A witness tells us the flames were as high as 40-feet at one point.
Some buildings in that area are being evacuated just as a precaution.
We're told the upper level of the building is a total loss, but there are no injuries reported.
