Police Make Arrest After Disturbance
Fitchburg Police make arrest after man allegedly shot a gun, but didn't hit anyone with the shot.

Information from Fitchburg Police:
On June 17, 2009 at 11:40 a.m., Fitchburg Police responded to a call of shots fired at 2019 Pike Dr.
The preliminary investigaion has determined a disturbance took place outside, in front of the building between two individuals.
One of the individuals brandished a gun and fire oen shot, which did not strike anybody. That shooter, Donroze J. Harris, 29, has been taken into custody. He was booked into the Dane County Jail on preliminary charges of Endangering Safety by the Use of a Dangerous Weapon.
The second subject has not yet been identified.
