Incident Report from Grant County Sheriff's Department:

On Saturday at 2:35 a.m., Brian Jacobson was operating a Polaris Ranger on Hwy 61, just north of Buena Vista Lane, when a deputy attempted to stop the vehicle.

Jacobson then turned west on British Hollow Road. Jacobson was traveling at speeds of approximately 45 mph. Jacobson then turned south on Stage Road and then west onto Dutch Hollow Road. At this time, another officer joined in on the pursuit.

Jacobson turned into a field. The deputy continued to pursue the subject on foot. Jacobson drove the ATV into a tree and began to flee on foot. Jacobson was apprehended shortly after.

He was charged with knowingly fleeing an officer, operating while intoxicated 2nd offense and operating after revocation 3rd.
