Stranger Danger: Man Grabs 10-Year-Old

Incident report from Madison Police Department:
On Thursday night, around 10:40 p.m., a 10-year old boy says he was walking with an 11-year old friend in the 6200 block of Hammersley Road when a stranger grabbed his arm, and started pulling him. The victim said the man also put a hand over his mouth. He said he punched the man, and was able to get away.
The boys immediately ran to the 10-year old's home, and his mother called police.
Suspect:
Male, black, 20-30 years old, 5'8", medium build, short hair, wearing a black t-shirt or hoodie, dark jeans, black cap, and sun glasses.

I agree Dan, this story is ridiculous. It would sure be nice if MPD actually investigated something BEFORE putting out a press release.

Wait, a ten year old "punched" a grown man and got away? Never saw a ten year old that could do that. Hand over mouth would indicate that the man was behind him, so how did he "punch" him? Sounds way to made up. But a real bad guy or not, those two boys had NO business being on the street at that time of night, I don't care where it is.
