Man Arrested After Grabbing Teen at Mall Man arrested for Sexual Assault after grabbing teen at West Town Mall.

Incident report from Madison Police Department:

On Friday night, around 8:20 p.m., a Madison Police officer arrested Sean Duffy, age 21, no permanent address, after a 13-year old girl reported being grabbed inappropriately by the suspect.

The girl was shopping (at West Towne Mall) with two friends when she says Mr. Duffy approached from behind and touched her.

The victim's father had brought the girls shopping and was also at the mall. His daughter found him, told him what happened, and he contacted security.

The victim was able to give a good description of the suspect, and he was located in the mall.

Arrested:
Sean C. Duffy, age 21, no permanent address
Mr. Duffy was arrested for Sexual Assault of a Child.

i completely agree with ex-coworker...he has been doing things like this for as long as i have known him...it was only a matter of time b4 he got caught....

I used to work with Sean, until he got fired. I can tell you absolutely 100% that he is capable of this crime and worse. Never caught him in a direct act before or anything but have had numerous questionable conversations with him. I hope Bubba enjoys him and he learns his lesson the hard way. Sean your a bad person and you finally got caught.
