The youth of today should not be allowed to drive until 18 or 20! Why? Because most kids today are very academically smarter than our generation but they are not COMMON SENSE smarter! They are maturing alot later, from what I see of the actions of many. Kids today of 16 behind a wheel is like putting a 7 year old in the drivers seat!
