I feel very sorry that this has happened again. I think that if someone kills someone else they should be punished. I don't understand how someone can blame the victim when the accused person was drunk and said she was playing with her MP3. The victim is dead and the accused is free how is that fair? What if the victim was you or someone from your family wouldn't you want something to be done about it or just give them a 3rd chance and see what else they can do, the victim doesn't get another chance.

My ex girlfriend is currently in Walworth Co Jail for her 2nd drunk driving...she basically received a slap on the hand...45 days huber...I left and am now homeless in the Madison area but much better off...until now, where I am questioning my self worth and giving up. Shes an alcoholic and I have no drinking/drug issues but my life is down the tubes due to her alcoholism.

Mandy FYI, we are not all drunk drivers. But thanks for your assumption. Look at your own drinking before you accuse the rest of us.
