The man who passed from a medical condition behind the wheel of his Semi was William L. Streets III.. "Bill". He was my brother-in-law. He was an amazing person. He was also a military veteren. His wife is currently awaiting a liver transplant. He loved his wife, kids and grandkids. He was truely a wonderful person and we will miss him terribly... We Love you Bill!!!
