Fatal Crash in Juneau County

Release from Juneau County Sheriff's Department:
On Thursday, September 24th, at 7:43 p.m., the Juneau County Sheriff's Office received a report of an accident on State Hwy 33 between Hillsboro and Union Center.
The initial investigation revealed an eastbound semi tractor trailer was turning into a driveway off Hwy 33 when the trailer was struck by a vehicle that was westbound.
The driver of the vehicle, a 49 year old Readstown man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation.
