3.7 acres, a 25-foot fireplace, and a garage that can fit 10-cars. These are just some of the amenities you can get if you buy Dave Mansur's home in Rock County.

It comes with a pretty hefty price tag, close to a million dollars. But you won't just be buying a home: you'll also be donating to the United Way.

" We have been richly blessed throughout our lives and so this is just a continuation of what we believe in."

Dave Mansur knows not everyone living in Rock County has it as good as he does.

"I don't know of anyone throughout this state of Wisconsin who's been more marginalized as a community than our community."

But he's doing what he can to help out by selling his house. The more than 8,000 square foot home in Milton has six bedrooms, a gym, theater and office with a view.

Gail Graham with the United Way says, "I would like to thank you. "

Today from his home, Mansur announced that if it sells by July of 2010 he will donate $25,000 to the United Way of North Rock County.

Mansur decided to sweeten the pot during the press conference. Mansur says, "We're doubling that amount."

If the home sells before the end of this year then he'll donate $50,000.

Mansur, a Realtor himself, says the four-year-old home is actually priced about $400,000 less than it's worth. He says he's pretty confident it will sell.

"There are people in this community that have the capacity to do this."

And in this tough economy that money is desperately needed by the non-profit.

Graham says, "Something like this could give an added boost to our impact areas this year and to our program partners... that is just... I can't even put into words to tell you what that will mean to them."
