A 67-year-old man was taken to the hospital, after his pick up truck was trapped underneath a semi-truck.
Around 3:45 p.m. this afternoon, Dane Co. dispatch was called to reports of cars sliding off the the ramps of the east and west bound beltline near the Stoughton exit.
In one instance a semi-truck slid off the road, crushing a pick up truck beneath it, trapping a 67-year-old man inside. Authorities say the man was trapped inside the car for about 45 minutes to an hour before they were able to pull him out. The man inside the truck was later transferred to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Officials at the scene say dozens of cars were involved in the crash.
