The Janesville Police Department was looking for Robert J Windhaeuser to check on his welfare. Mr. Windhaeuser has been located in the Green Bay area. He is safe and with family.

Information from the Janesville Police Department:

The Janesville Police Department is currently involved in a search for a missing 83-year-old man. The man, Robert J. Windhaeuser, was last seen at Walmart on 11-03-2009 at 09:11 am. He is showing early signs of Alzheimers.

Windhaeuser is described as 5'11", 185 pounds, last seen wearing a denim jacket, house slippers, and a navy blue World War II hat. He is driving in a 2005, Silver, Dodge, Caravan, with Wisconsin registration 721 PDD.

We are requesting anyone with information regarding Robert Windhaeuser or anyone who may have seen a man or vehicle matching the provided description, contact either the Janesville Police Department at 755-3100 or Rock County 911 Center at 757-2244.
