Car-Deer Crash Kills Two
Two people are dead after the pickup truck they were driving in hit a deer and swerved off the road shortly after midnight.

Two people are dead after the pickup truck they were driving in hit a deer and swerved off the road shortly after midnight.

The crash happened a half mile west of Lockwood Street in Woodman Township.

According to the Grant County Sheriff's office 24 year old Adam Rotzoll of Hollandale was driving his 1993 Chevy pickup truck eastbound on Highway 133 with 14 year old Bobbie Jo Presbroten as a passenger.

Rotzoll Struck a deer in the eastbound lane of the highway and then traveled across the left lane.

Rotzoll then traveled down the embankment towards the Wisconsin River and struck a tree.

Rotzoll and Presbroten were both wearing their seat belts. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.
