On November 22, 2009 at 12:00 am, Deputy Miller was traveling west on CTY V, 500 feet east of Squirrel Hollow Rd in Glen Haven Township when he came across a truck rolled onto its roof in the middle of the road. After contact with the truck was made, it was discovered that the driver, Greg Adrian, 24, Glen Haven had been partially ejected and was deceased. It appeared as if Adrian had been traveling west on CTY V when he lost control of his vehicle and crossed into the north ditch striking the embankment causing his 2004 Chevrolet 2500 pickup to roll onto its roof. Assisting at the scene was Glen Haven Fire, West Grant EMS, Bloomington Jaws, B&M Auto and the Grant County Coroner's Office.
