If you look at the photos..the semi has reflectors all down the side of the trailer.. All semi's either have reflectors or lights.. (Owned one) ..so if you are driving and can't see a semi backing up on the highway with reflectors, I would like to know exactly what you were doing instead of paying attention to the highway...???? You can't always blame the Semi... other drivers cause 90% of the accidents to these big rigs by not understand the size / or amount of volucity that these rigs have..It's too bad the gentleman died. I am sure the driver of the semi feels very bad for his family, thinking I am sure that he caused this accident.

First off the trailor was all white and blended in with the snow and road and to answer your question tellmemore the running lights were not visable from the curve of the road we had come around right before we hit the semi. Rob he was not on the phone or texting so there's your answer. Finally Tim he was paying attention to the road and was going the speed limit at the time. I was there you people werent find something better to do.
