Suspect(s):
Male, white, 20-26 years old, 6'4", shaggy blonde hair, glassy eyes, wearing a black and red hoodie, and black jeans. He was driving a dark colored older model Honda - possibly an Accord. It had a damaged left back bumper.

Victim:
Female, age 20, Madison

Details:
A 20-year old Madison woman reports that a stranger exposed himself to her while she was picking up clothes at the Clothes Encounter, 809 S. Gammon Road.

She said this happened around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday night, explaining the man first exposed himself inside the laundry, and then again outside as she drove away.
