Black male, 600 200 lbs, black baseball cap, white shirt, blue jeans.
Details:
Female walked home alone and was unlocking her front door when the suspect ran up to her and grabbed her purse.
She struggled with him and he sprayed her with pepper spray.
He then fled with her purse and got into a white car and headed east on Langdon St.
