Information from the Janesville Police Department:

On 03/13/10 at 2000 hrs the Janesville Police Department Street Crimes Unit with assistance from the patrol division executed a search warrant at 509 ½ S. Academy St. in the City of Janesville. The search warrant was the result of an investigation into the sale of THC in the 4th Ward neighborhood.

At the time of the search warrant execution, the resident Jamie L. Grigsby was taken into custody. During the search of the residence quantities of THC, cocaine, heroin, prescription drugs, drug paraphernalia, and $584.00 U.S. currency were seized.

Jamie L. Grigsby, 33, of 509 ½ S. Academy St. was arrested on the following charges;

ss. # 961.41(3g) (b)/961.495 Possession of Schedule III or IV drugs near certain places, 3 counts

ss. # 961.41(3g) (c)/961.495 Possession of Cocaine near certain places

ss. # 961.41(3g) (am)/961.495 Possession of Heroin near certain places

ss. #961.41(3g) (am)/961.495 Possession of Schedule I or II near certain places

ss. #450.11(7) (b)/961.495 Possession of Rx pills without a prescription near certain places

ss. #961.573 (1) Possession of drug paraphernalia

ss. #961.41(1m) (h) 1/961.49 Delivery of THC near certain places

ss. #961.42(10 Maintaining a drug trafficking place, 2 counts
