Details
Victim was driving on S. Bedford Street. In the 100 block there was a male standing in the roadway. Victim stopped his car, exited and got into a verbal confrontation with him. The male standing in the road produced a handgun, when the driver of the car saw the gun he ran away. As he was running the suspect fired two shots at him. Initial reports were that the suspect drove off in the victims car, however it was later determined that the passenger drove away in the car and parked it several blocks away. Suspect and another male left the scene in a green car. No arrests made and the incident is still under investigation.
