In Kansas City, a police officer is injured when a driver crashed into his vehicle.
The crash was recorded by a dash camera.
It happened last week when the officer pulled over a suspected drunk driver. The officer was outside his cruiser when a second alleged drunk driver swerved - hitting the cop.
The officer suffered only minor bruises.
Police arrested both suspected drunk drivers who were not injured.

In this example it was a drunk driver; however, the same scenario plays out quite frequently by people who are completely sober and just fail to give the officers at the side of the road adequate room and/or move over a lane!
