Press Release from the Reedsburg Police Department:
(REEDSBURG, WI) On Sunday at approximately 8:30am Reedsburg Police were notified of a pulse-less, non-breathing infant who was in the process of being transported to Reedsburg Hospital by the parents.
At the hospital, officers met with the baby’s parents, Lindsey James (21) and Joshua Stolte (22) both of Reedsburg. The parents explained the infant, Dylan James Stolte, (3 months) had been sleeping with his parents after an early morning feeding and they woke to find him not breathing. Dylan was transported to the hospital by the mother while the father was performing CPR. Dylan was pronounced dead at Reedsburg Hospital.
“Although foul play is not suspected, the investigation continues,” said Reedsburg Police Chief Tim Becker. “Our thoughts and prayers go out to the James and Stolte families in this incredibly tragic time.”

They don't know if the child sleeping with the parents is the cause of death. Why does everyone think the worst all the time? Let these people morn without out having to worry about what others think.
God Bless. My heart goes out to all of you.
i feel so bad for the parents for what they are going through, my thoughts and prayers are with the family ... its hard loosing someone so close ... there is nothing wrong with the child sleeping with the parents especially if the child has been sick, it helps soothe the child to sleep...maybe they will find something during autopsy to settle everyones negative thoughts regarding this. Parents need to sleep also in order to take care of their child.
