Arrested:
Two people - a man & a woman - have been detained, and are currently being questioned at the South Police Station.

Details:
Wednesday morning, a man threatened a clerk at the Open Pantry, 2201 S. Park Street, during a robbery. No weapon was displayed, but he got money and jumped into a getaway car following the crime. Witnesses report that there was also a woman was in the car.

One responding MPD officer discovered the car parked behind a nearby apartment building. A Dane County Sheriff's Department police dog tracked the suspect from the car to a specific apartment where the man and woman were taken into custody.

They are currently detained, and being questioned at the South Police Station.
