Arrested: Male, age 9, Madison
Suspect was released to a parent after being arrested for Burglary.
Victim: Male, age 35
Details: Several MPD officer set up a perimeter outside a Trafalger Place home Monday afternoon after a citizen called in a burglary in progress after seeing a young man enter the targeted residence through an unlocked door.
The house was cleared at gunpoint, but no suspect was immediately found; however, the investigation did lead to an arrest. Video games, stolen during the crime, were recovered from a home on O'Brien Court, and a resident was apprehended. He is 9-years old, and he was released to a parent after being tentatively charged with burglary.
