INTERNET CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN OPERATION
PETER H. DAVIES OF MADISON ARRESTED

MADISON — On July 28, 2010, Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) agents, assisted by Madison Police Department officers, executed a search warrant for child pornography at 508 W. Lakeside St, Madison, WI.

According to the criminal complaint, a computer and computer media were searched at the scene. During a search of two thumb/USB drives, sexually explicit images of children (child pornography) were located.

Davies was arrested and charged with Two Counts of Possession of Child Pornography. A copy of the criminal complaint is available at:

A defendant enjoys the presumption of innocence. The prosecution must prove its allegations at trial beyond.
