Justin A. Harlow has returned to the Dane County Jail and is back in custody.

From the Dane County Sheriff's Office:
An inmate in the Dane County Jail has been declared AWOL. Justin A. Harlow, age 18 of Sun Prairie, is currently serving a sentence on a theft charge.
Harlow was sentenced to the jail with Huber and was released from the Ferris Center yesterday (October 2nd) morning to attend his job-training program. He was scheduled to be back at 12:20 pm, but did not return.
Anyone with information on Harlow’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.
