Details
A robber ripped the purse off the shoulder of a woman who was walking in the 1700 block of Northport Dr. early this morning. The victim, a 34-year old Madison woman, said the mugger also threatened her with bodily harm before running westbound. She described her purse as being brown leather and made by Fossil.
