Travis Hottinger, 35 yrs old, charged with Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Deceased: 36 yr old male, Madison resident
Details
MPD and Fire Rescue responded for an unresponsive subject, and upon arrival, contacted Hottinger and the victim, who was pulseless and not breathing. Victim was conveyed to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead, apparently due to a heroin overdose. Hottinger was arrested for Possession of Heroin and Drug Paraphernalia. Investigation continuing.
