Details
Riviere was in the theater, intoxicated, watching "Zero Dark Thirty". He began to get loud and disruptive. Other patrons attempted to quiet him without success. An off duty Madison Police Sgt. then went to summon the manager who tried to get Riviere out of the theater. Riviere then began fighting with the manager prompting the off duty MPD Sgt. and an off duty Stoughton PD officer to get involved. They struggled trying to get Riviere out of the theater and eventually went to the ground where they held Riviere until uniformed officers arrived. No injuries to anyone involved.
